Fire Retardant MacBook Wraps

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - September 15, 2006

With all the buzz around about exploding batteries and faulty power cords you may need some extra protection. Introducing Wrappers, the fire retardant wrap for your Apple MacBook. Although the Wrappers were probably created to protect your Mac from the flames of a burning office and not from a defective battery, you can't have too much protection right? They come in several colors so you can choose your own flavor.

"Wrappers jumbocord covers for Apple's MacBook are made from contract quality corduroy. Contract quality means the fabric has passed a 100,000 wear and tear rub test. The fire retardant backing uses the latest graphite granule technology, which as well as a safety benefit, prevents the corduroy loosing its shape over time. Sleeves have a layer of cushioning for added protection and a chestnut coloured microfibre lining."
