The iPad-only newspaper from Rupert Murdock has finally launched, but what if you're not on your iPad. The Daily makes its content available on the web to both subscribers and non-subscribers for free, but there is no convenient way to index the content. You can't see a logical listing of articles in categories like you would a normal paper.

A journalist programmer named Andy Baio has provided a fix for this situation, for now. He has compiled the list of articles published on The Daily and re-published them on Tumblr. This is great for those who want to view the content for free, but is it legal?

How long will it take before the Tumblr site is forced to be taken offline. I'll give it until next week before someone at Newscorp gives Mr. Baio a call.
